This depends on the type of case.

For personal injury cases, we work on what's called a "contingency fee basis". What this means is we will receive between 33-40% of what is recovered as attorney fees depending on the complexities of the case (ex: does the case go to trial?).

For all other cases...

Every case is different. How long a case lasts depends on the complexity of the case and if any issues arise during the course of the case. We may be able to give a rough estimate during a consultation if your case is not too unique.
